To reach out to HIV Affected Children who are economically and socially outside the reach of mainstream services and support - so as to provide for their physical, medical, educational and emotional needs in a home owned and managed by Mellow Circle Prathyasha Trust.
The Framework for the Protection, Care and Support of Orphans and Vulnerable Children Living in a World with HIV and AIDS, drawn up in 2004 by a broad array of partners, focuses on families, communities, services and governments, and on creating a supportive environment for children. We aim to provide the supportive environment for these children with your help.
Founded in 2000, Mellow Circle is a registered society of like-minded professionals, businessmen and senior executives who pool their talent to work for the less privileged brethren of the society.
Specifically, Mellow Circle has been focusing its efforts on HIV Affected children who have not only lost parents to AIDS but are left to fend for themselves and their siblings facing unthinkable hardships and ostracization. The result is that a growing number of helpless children are facing a cycle of abuse, neglect, malnutrition, poverty, and disease. Our project Prathyasha, a Home Of Hope, aims to care for the physical, mental and emotional needs of these HIV Affected Children....
